What caught our eye?
Fitter International Inc.
President and Founder

I believe we can change the way we work and learn from a health liability in to a healthy asset! As the toothbrush altered dental hygine and the seatbelt altered the auto industry, the Active office will revive our 9 to 5 and help us enjoy a higher quality of life throughout all our years.

Lesson Learned

Timing is key. I have broken new trails in 4 industries. I learned to be patient as others catch up.

Magic Moment

My serendipitous moment took place in January 1985. I had the vision of how to build the Pro Fitter Cross Trainer.

5 stand out characteristics

I had worked for 2 other start ups in the early 1980's and after seeing how the owners managed them, I knew I could run a successful company with integrity and passion
The "ah ha" moment of building our first ski trainer. The Pro Fitter 3-D Cross Trainer was the tool that would help me regain my balance, stability and confidence as a young man after double foot and knee operations. It also lead the paradigm shift of functional fitness in rehabilitation and fitness industries.
Learning to listen to my most important customers- Physiotherapists. They taught me the 5 second rule of product user friendliness and how to modify any product to make it solve the problem at hand. Creativity is king.
Winning the Calgary Small Business of the year award in 2002. This experience helped me believe in myself and that our brand Fitterfirst really could lead the world to better balance!
Learning that we are all experts in something. My wife and business partner is a numbers expert and understands the details of running a business day to day. It is best to stay focused on your strengths and partner/ hire people who are experts in other areas.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
